Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This website is a personal blog and professional profile operated by Piotr Gregorczyk (“I”, “me”) under the brand Zero Adverse Stack, accessible at zeroadversestack.com.

This policy explains what data is collected when you visit this site and what your rights are.

What data I collect

Visiting the site

This is a static website. Pages other than the contact form do not set cookies, do not run tracking scripts, and do not collect personal data from you simply by browsing them.

If I enable analytics in the future (e.g. Google Analytics), this policy will be updated to reflect that before the tool is activated.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, I receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. I use this solely to respond to your enquiry. I do not add you to any mailing list.

The site is hosted on Netlify. Submitting the form sends that information to Netlify Forms, which stores the message so I can read it and filters spam. The form also includes a Netlify-provided reCAPTCHA check. That check is operated by Google and may set a cookie and process technical data to tell people from bots. See Netlify’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

This site links to third-party websites (LinkedIn, GitHub, Goodreads, and similar). I have no control over their data practices. Please refer to their own privacy policies.

I process contact form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to a message you proactively sent me, and keeping that form from being abused. I do not process data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of that data
  • Object to processing or request restriction
  • Lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO)

To exercise any of these rights, contact me via LinkedIn or the contact form.

Data retention

Messages sent via the contact form are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted.
